2021-22 (Senior) – All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-North Region… Team captain… Academic All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Fall 2021 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Ran season-best 6K time of 22:50.1 to finish 158th at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships on Nov. 20… Finished 26th in 22:54.7 at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 13… Placed 13th in 23:27.1 at the MIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30.

2020-21 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC... Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (Sophomore) – Finished 146th in 26:29.7 at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2.

2018-19 (First Year) – Did not run cross country.
