2024-25 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... Finished 39th in 24:27.1 at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2.
2023-24 (First Year) – Ran season-best 6K time of 23:34.5 to finish 32nd at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28… Finished 16th in 24:14.9 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16.
AT COLUMBIA FALLS HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country and three years of track and field… Three-time all-conference and one-time all-state honoree in cross country… Helped cross country team to 2021 state title… Three-time all-conference and two-time all-state in the 1,600-meter run, one-time all-conference and two-time all-state in the 3,200-meter run, and three-time all-conference in the 800-meter run… Member of National Honor Society… Eight-time academic all-state.
