AT ST. OLAF
2024-25 (First Year) – USCSA All-American in the 7.5K Freestyle… USCSA Second Team Scholar All-American… Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Finished 20th in the individual combined standings at the USCSA National Championships after placing 12th in the 7.5K Freestyle (22:22.0), 23rd in the 15K Classic (1:05:11.0), and 27th in the Classic Sprint.
AT CASCADES ACADEMY
Four-year member of the cross country, Nordic skiing, and track and field teams… Three-year cross country team captain and two-year track and field team captain… School record holder in the 5K, 3,000-meter run, 1,500-meter run, 800-meter run, 400-meter run, 4x400-meter relay, and 4x100-meter relay… Finished third in the 1,500-meter run and eighth in the 800-meter run at the 1A state meet as a senior… District champion in the 800-meter run and 1,500-meter run as a senior… Placed ninth in the 1,500-meter run at state in 2022 and 2023… Placed fourth at the District 4 Championships and 20th at the state meet in cross country as a senior.
