2021-22 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC... Fall 2021 St. Olaf Dean's List... Spring 2022 St. Olaf Dean's List... Started all 17 games as team’s primary left back… Fourth on team in minutes played among field players (1,358)… One of four Oles to start all 17 games… Credited with 15 shots and six shots on goal… Part of back line that held opponents to one or no goals in 10 of the team’s 17 games.

2020-21 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC... Fall 2020 Dean’s List… Team’s season reduced to one official game and six exhibitions due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (Sophomore) – Started 12 of her 13 appearances, primarily at left back… Recorded one shot.

2018-19 (First Year) - Honorable Mention All-MIAC… Played in all 18 games, starting 17 times… Starting left back on defense that ranked second in the MIAC in goals-against average (0.80), allowing just 15 goals in 18 games… Part of back line that recorded seven shutouts in 18 games and held opponents to one goal or fewer in 14-of-18 games.

Daughter of Scott Sewell and Melissa Williams... Has one sister, Sienna... Double-majoring in biology and sociology/anthropology... Played club soccer for FC Boulder 00 Elite.
