2024-25 (Junior) – United Soccer Coaches Second Team All-Region IX… All-MIAC… Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Started all 20 games… Recorded 10 points on two goals and six assists… Credited with 34 shots and 16 shots on goal… Led the team in assists, third in shots and shots on goal, and tied for fourth in points… Fourth on the team in minutes played among field players (1,617)… Tied for second in the MIAC in assists, tied for 18th in shots, tied for 20th in shots on goal, and 22nd in shots per game… Had a goal and an assist in 4-0 win at Luther on Sept. 7… Also scored in 7-0 victory at Bethel on Sept. 18… Assisted on lone goal of the game in 1-0 win over Augsburg in the quarterfinals of the MIAC Playoffs on Nov. 4.

2023-24 (Sophomore) – United Soccer Coaches Third Team All-Region IX… All-MIAC… College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Academic All-MIAC… Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean's List... Started all 16 games as a center midfielder… Played 1,427 of a possible 1,440 minutes… Recorded eight points on two goals and four assists… Registered 40 shots and 19 shots on goal… Led team in assists, second in points, shots, and shots on goal, and tied for second in goals… Scored lone goal of the game on a penalty kick with 18 seconds remaining in 1-0 win at No. 23 Wartburg on Sept. 6… Also scored in 4-3 victory over Gustavus on Oct. 18… Picked up two assists in 3-3 tie at Augsburg on Oct. 14.

2022-23 (First Year) – MIAC Co-Rookie of the Year… All-MIAC… 2022 St. Olaf Fall Dean’s List… One of four Oles to start all 18 games… Recorded four assists and 49 shots, 23 of which were on goal… Tied for second on team in assists and was third in both shots and shots on goal… Had an assist in three-straight games from Sept. 21-27, including first-career point in 3-1 win over Coe on Sept. 21… Also picked up an assist in 2-1 loss at St. Kate’s on Oct. 29.

AT THE ACADEMY OF HOLY ANGELS
Played four years of soccer… Holds school records in career assists (62), career point (97), and single-season assists (31)… Three-time First Team All-Tri Metro Conference (2019-21)… Star Tribune First Team All-State (2020, 2021)… 2021 Tri-Metro Conference Player of the Year and Ms. Soccer Minnesota… 2021 All-Midwest Region Team and All-State Tournament Team… Team won section championships all four years (three in Section 3A, one in Section 3AA)… Team placed third in the state in 2018 and 2021 and fourth in 2019… Member of National Honor Society… Scholar of Distinction.
