Clint Connealy is in his second year as an assistant women's soccer coach at St. Olaf in the 2018 season.

In his first season on the Hill, the Oles made their first appearance in the MIAC Playoffs since 2013, falling in the quarterfinals to Gustavus. St. Olaf finished third in the regular-season standings - a five-place improvement from the year before - in 2017.

Connealy attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and was a four-year member of the men's soccer team from 1999-02, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in history. At Green Bay, Connealy was a Second Team All-Horizon League selection in his junior season and his team's MVP as a senior, while also serving as a team captain.

Connealy currently coaches at Fusion Soccer Club and is also the strength and conditioning coach there. He holds a USSF National D License.
