Olivia Moore is in her second season as an assistant coach for the St. Olaf women's soccer program in 2025-26 after joining the staff in August 2024.

In her first season with the program, St. Olaf won a program-record 14 games as part of a 14-3-3 (.775) campaign in 2024. The Oles earned the No. 4 seed in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Playoffs with a 7-2-2 (.727) mark in conference play and claimed their second-ever victory in the MIAC Playoffs before falling in the semifinals.

In 2024, St. Olaf produced four United Soccer Coaches All-Region honorees - the highest total in recorded program history - as well as four All-MIAC honorees. St. Olaf also had one Honorable Mention All-MIAC choice and two MIAC All-Playoff Team selections. Twenty-one of the program's 33 student-athletes earned Academic All-MIAC honors, while six were College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honorees.

Moore came to St. Olaf following three seasons as an assistant coach at Macalester College, where she helped the Scots to back-to-back appearances in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Playoffs in 2022 and 2023. Macalester posted winning records in each of Moore's three seasons on staff and was a combined 27-19-9 in her three seasons.

Moore played collegiately at Virginia Military Institute and South Carolina State University and earned a number of accolades, including being named the Big South Freshman of the Year and the Virginia Rookie of the Year among Division I players. She went on to play three years fo the Carolina Elite Cobras USL W-League squad and also coaches at Salvo Soccer Club.
