2025-26 (Senior) – United Soccer Coaches Second Team All-Region IX… MIAC Defensive Player of the Year… All-MIAC… United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-North/Central Region First Team… College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Fall 2025 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2026 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Academic All-MIAC… Started all 19 games she played in… Compiled seven points on one goal and five assists… Totaled 14 shots, seven of which were on goal, with one game-winning goal… Starting center back on back line that held opponents to 11 goals in 20 games (0.55 GAA) and had 12 shutouts… Tied for 11th in the MIAC in assists and tied for 12th in assists per game (0.26)… Scored opening goal in 4-0 season-opening victory over UW-Eau Claire on Aug. 29… Picked up an assist in three consecutive wins from Sept. 3-10… Also had assists on team’s lone goals in 1-0 victory at Saint Ben’s on Oct. 4 and 1-1 tie at Augsburg on Oct. 25.

Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Started all 20 games at center back… Recorded nine points on four goals and one assist… Credited with 20 shots, eight of which were on goal, and scored three game-winning goals… Ranked second on the team in minutes played among field players (1,692)… Tied for 10th in the MIAC in game-winning goals and tied for 25th in goals… Part of defense that held opponents to 15 goals in 20 games to rank third in the MIAC in goals-against average (0.75)… Scored in 4-0 win at Luther on Sept. 7, 3-0 victory over Hamline on Oct. 12, 2-1 win against Saint Ben’s on Oct. 26, and 1-0 victory versus Augsburg in the quarterfinals of the MIAC Playoffs on Nov. 4.

2023-24 (Sophomore) – College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean's List... Started all 16 games at center back and played all 1,440 minutes… Scored two goals… Compiled 14 shots and five shots on goal… Anchored back line that held opponents to 21 goals in 16 games and had five shutouts… Both goals came in 3-3 tie at Augsburg on Oct. 14.

2022-23 (First Year) – Honorable Mention All-MIAC… 2022 St. Olaf Fall Dean’s List… One of four Oles to start all 18 games… Scored twice from spot at center back, including one game-winning goal… Credited with 13 shots, five of which were on goal… Netted lone goal of the game in 1-0 win over UW-Stevens Point on Sept. 4… Also scored in 3-1 loss at UW-Eau Claire on Sept. 7.

AT ROCK CANYON HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year varsity starter and letterwinner… Team captain as a senior… Team was 5A state runner-up as a junior and made it to the quarterfinals as a freshman and senior… Team won Continental League championships all four years… Second team all-conference honoree all four years… Academic all-state as a freshman… Member of National Honor Society and Science National Honor Society… AP Scholar with distinction… Highest honors all four years.

PERSONAL
Parents Kevin and Anne… Has two siblings – Adam and Gabby… Majoring in chemistry with a concentration in public health studies… Played for Real Colorado ECNL team from 2016-21.
