AT ST. OLAF
2024-25 (Sophomore) – MIAC champion in the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle… All-MIAC in the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle… Swam on St. Olaf’s All-MIAC 200-yard medley, 200-yard freestyle, and 400-yard freestyle relays… Also swam on St. Olaf’s Honorable Mention All-MIAC 800-yard freestyle and 200-yard medley relays… College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... Two-time MIAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week (Nov. 19, Jan. 14)… Finished first in the 50-yard freestyle (23.92), first in the 100-yard freestyle (52.23), and ninth in the 200-yard freestyle (1:55.96) at the MIAC Championships… Swam on St. Olaf’s third-place 200-yard medley relay (1:46.37), third-place 200-yard freestyle relay (1:37.25), third-place 400-yard freestyle relay (3:34.15), and fourth-place 800-yard freestyle relay (7:50.22) at the MIAC Championships…. Finished the season fifth on St. Olaf’s all-time performer list in the 50-yard freestyle (23.92).

2023-24 (First Year) – Member of the swimming and diving team.
AT ROCHESTER CENTURY HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of the swimming and diving team... Team captain and four-time all-conference honoree... Helped team to three Big 9 Conference titles and one Section 1AA title... Set school records in the 100 free (52.13), 200 free (1:54.22), and 500 free (5:07.87) and with the 200 free and 400 free relays... 2022 all-state honoree... Qualified for MSHSL state meet all four years... Member of Century Honors Society... Graduated with honors.

Parents Jim and Kirsten... Has four siblings - Jack '27, Natalie, Sarah, and Megan... Majoring in biology.
