AT ST. OLAF
2024-25 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... Did not compete at the MIAC Championships.

2023-24 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Did not compete at the MIAC Championships.

2022-23 (Sophomore) – All-MIAC in the 200-yard freestyle and 1,650-yard freestyle… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 500-yard freestyle… Swam on St. Olaf’s All-MIAC 400-yard medley relay, All-MIAC 400-yard freestyle relay, and All-MIAC 800-yard freestyle relay… Finished second in the 200-yard freestyle (1:54.83), second in the 1,650-yard freestyle (18:01.83), and fifth in the 500-yard freestyle (5:12.19) at the MIAC Championships… Member of St. Olaf’s second-place 800-yard freestyle relay (7:44.91), third-place 400-yard medley relay (3:57.49), third-place 400-yard freestyle relay (3:34.95), and sixth-place 200-yard freestyle relay (1:39.65) at the MIAC Championships.

AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ROCHESTER
2021-22 (First Year) – Ranked fourth on the team in individual points without relays (129.50) and was fifth in overall points (174.00)... Had team's top times in the 500 free (5:12.85), 1,650 free (18:07.61), and 800 free relay (7:47.05), which was also a school record time... Placed seventh in the 800 free relay, 12th in the 1,650 free, and 27th in both the 200 and 500 free at the UAA Championships... Cracked the program's top-10 list in the 1,650 free in 10th place.

AT MT. HEBRON HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of swimming and diving team... Swam at Maryland LSC Swimming Senior Championship and Eastern Zone Speedo Sectionals with club team... Member of National Honor Society and National English Honor Society... Principal's Honor Roll and Gold Honor Roll student.

PERSONAL
Parents Joseph and Lisa... Has one sibling, Shannon '22, who swam at St. Olaf... Double-majoring in psychology and music with a concentration in neuroscience.
