2021-22 (Senior) – Returned to team for fifth-year of eligibility... National qualifier in the 200-yard breaststroke… CSCAA Second Team All-American in the 200-yard breaststroke… All-MIAC in the 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard breaststroke… Swam on St. Olaf’s All-MIAC 400-yard medley relay… Broke the school record in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:17.39) at the MIAC Championships... Women’s recipient of the Dave Hauck Award (academic achievement, community service, athletic excellence)… CSCAA Scholar All-American… Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Fall 2021 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Finished 15th in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:19.20) and 24th in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:05.09) at the NCAA Division III Championships… Placed second in both the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.44) and the 200-yard breaststroke (2:17.39), ninth in the 200-yard IM (2:12.93) at the MIAC Championships… Member of St. Olaf’s second-place 400-yard medley relay (3:53.29) and sixth-place 200-yard freestyle relay (1:40.02) at the MIAC Championships.

2020-21 (Senior) – Team did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (Junior) – CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-American.

2018-19 (Sophomore) – CSCAA Scholar All-American... Honorable Mention All-American in the 200-yard breaststroke after finishing 14th in the event (2:19.23) at the 2019 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships… Broke school record in preliminaries of 200-yard breaststroke (2:19.63) and again in finals (2:19.23) at the national meet… Also competed in the 100-yard breaststroke at the 2019 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships, finishing in a tie for 24th (1:05.00)… Academic All-MIAC… Member of All-MIAC 200-yard medley (1:45.50) and 400-yard medley relays (3:50.54) that finished second at the 2019 MIAC Swimming & Diving Championships… Placed 21st in the preliminaries of the 200-yard individual medley (2:16.61) at the 2019 MIAC Swimming & Diving Championships… Finished fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.72) with an NCAA B standard and also placed fourth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:22.75) at the 2019 MIAC Swimming & Diving Championships.

2017-18 (First Year) – CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-American... Earned All-Conference Honors ... Placed second in the 100 breaststroke, second in the 400 medley relay, third in the 200 medley relay, seventh in the 200 breaststroke, and 14th in the 200 individual medley at MIAC Championships.

AT NORTHFIELD HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of swimming and diving team... State champion in 100-yard breaststroke, team MVP, and section Swimmer of the Year in 2016... All-American consideration in 2013, 2014, and 2016... Four-time all-state (2011, 2013, 2014, 2016).
