Jean Noack is in her second season as an assistant coach for the St. Olaf women's tennis program in 2022-23.
In her first season with the program, the Oles finish 8-6 overall and 6-4 in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC), qualifying for the MIACÂ Playoffs for the 13th time in the tournament's 15-season history. St. Olaf was also regionally ranked for several weeks during the 2021-22 season.
Also in 2021-22, the program produced nine Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar-Athletes, earned its seventh-straight ITA Academic Team Award, had six Academic All-MIAC honorees, and had two doubles pairings named to the All-MIAC list.
Noack played tennis at the College of Saint Benedict and earned All-MIAC honors (1987), Academic All-MIAC honors, and was the Team MVP in 1990. She graduated from Saint Ben's in 1990 with a degree in mathematics.
Noack resides in Northfield with her husband, John, and the couple have three children - Adam, Gabbie, and Clara. She currently works as a legal assistant for Grundhoefer & Ludescher, P.A.
