2024-25 (Senior) – 2024-25 St. Olaf Co-Female Athlete of the Year… College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… USTFCCCA All-Academic... Academic All-MIAC… INDOOR: USTFCCCA All-North Region in the 3,000-meter run… MIAC runner-up and All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter run (9:57.99) and 5,000-meter run (17:41.55)… Ended the season ranked third on program’s all-time performers’ list in the 3,000-meter run (9:57.99)… OUTDOOR: USTFCCCA First Team All-American in the 10,000-meter run… USTFCCCA All-North Region in the 1,500-mteer run, 5,000-meter run, and 10,000-meter run… MIAC champion and All-MIAC in the 5,000-meter run (17:14.72) and 10,000-meter run (35:35.82)… Became the first runner in program history to break 35:00 in the 10,000-meter run with school-record time of 34:54.92 at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships on May 22… Ended career ranked fourth on program’s all-time list in the 5,000-meter run (17:04.08).

2021-22 (First Year) – USTFCCCA All-Academic… Fall 2021 St. Olaf Dean’s List… INDOOR: USTFCCCA All-North Region in the 5,000-meter run… All-MIAC in the 5,000-meter run (3rd, 17:45.28)… Finished the season ranked fifth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 5,000-meter run (17:45.28)… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 5,000-meter run (4th, 18:13.05) and the 10,000-meter run (4th, 37:23.07)… Finished the season ranked fifth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 10,000-meter run (37:23.07) and seventh in the 5,000-meter run (17:31.38).
