2024-25 (Junior) – College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... INDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the long jump (4th, 5.18m, 17’ 0”)… Also placed eighth in the high jump (1.46m, 4’ 9 ½”) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the long jump (4th, 5.36m, 17’ 7”)… Ended the season ranked fourth on program’s all-time performers’ list in the long jump (5.50m, 18’ ½”).
2023-24 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List…INDOOR: All-MIAC in the long jump (2nd, 5.40m)… Finished the season fourth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the long jump (5.43m, 17’ 9 ¾”) and ninth in the triple jump (10.55m, 34’ 7 ½”)… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the long jump (4th, 5.43m) and high jump (t-5th, 1.53m)… Finished the season tied for fifth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the long jump (5.43m, 17’ 9 ¾”).
AT PRIOR LAKE HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of the track and field team and was on the Olympic weightlifting team for one year... Placed fifth in the long jump and third in the 4x100-meter relay at the 2022 Minnesota State High School League Championships... Section 2AAA long jump champion... South Suburban Conference champion in the 4x100-meter relay... Team captain as a senior... Honor Roll student.
