AT ST. OLAF
2021-22 (Junior) – Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… INDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the distance medley relay (2nd, 12:33.74) and the 1,000-meter run (5th, 3:03.18)… Member of distance medley relay that finished the season ranked eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list (12:33.74)… OUTDOOR: All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (3rd, 11:38.93).
2019-20 (First Year) – Placed ninth (2:23.46) in the 800-meter run and 12th in the 1,000-meter run (3:08.31) at the MIAC Indoor Championships.
AT VALLEY CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL
Participated in three years of track & field, two years of cross country and one year of swimming... As a senior, was WCAL runner-up, first team all-conference, third in CCS Division II and 83rd in state in cross country... WCAL runner-up and CCS finals qualifier in the 1,600 meters as a senior... Second team all-conference and CCS qualifier in cross country as a junior... CCS qualifier in the 1,600 meters as a junior... National French Honors Society... AP Scholar with distinction.
