2024-25 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… INDOOR: Finished ninth in the pentathlon (2,552) and 17th in the 60-meter hurdles (10.36) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the heptathlon (6th, 3,704)… Also placed 14th in the javelin throw (29.60m, 97’ 1”) in the javelin throw, 15th in the long jump (4.60m, 15’ 1 ¼”), and 17th in the 100-meter hurdles (17.11) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships… Ended season ranked 10th on program’s all-time performers’ list in the javelin throw (33.17m, 108’ 10”).
