2013 (Sophomore) - Letterwinner... Set the 400m hurdle and high jump school records in the outdoor season and four additional St. Olaf all-time top ten performances... Earned All-America honors at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing seventh in the high jump... Was also a national qualifier in the 400m hurdles outdoors... Placed third in the 400m at MIAC Indoor Championships earning all-conference honors... Was all-conference honorable mention in the long jump (fifth), the DMR (third), and anchored the 4x400m relay to secure a second place team finish at MIAC Indoor... Outdoors was a MIAC Champion in the 400m hurdles and high jump... Was runner-up in the heptathlon... Was all-conference honorable mention in the 100m hurdles by placing fifth... Anchored the 4x400m relay... Voted team's Most Valuable Field Athlete Indoors and Most Valuable Athlete Outdoors.

2012 (First Year) - Letterwinner... Set three school records and nine St. Olaf all-time top ten performances... Earned two All-America honors at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing eighth in the pentathlon and seventh in the high jump... Earned the MIAC's outstanding performance award with a victory in the pentathlon… Was named the MIAC's field athlete of the week after Indoor Championships and Wartburg Select... Was named team MVP of the Indoor season and rookie of the year for both Indoor and Outdoor seasons.
