AT ST. OLAF
2021-22 (Senior) – USTFCCCA All-Academic… Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Fall 2021 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2022 St. Olaf Dean's List... INDOOR: National qualifier in the mile, finishing 12th (5:02.03) at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships in Winston-Salem, N.C…. USTFCCCA All-North Region in the mile… All-MIAC in the mile (2nd, 5:02.85) and Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the distance medley relay (2nd, 12:33.74) and 1,000-meter run (4th, 3:02.60)… Finished the season ranked fifth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the mile (4:59.76) and sixth in the 1,000-meter run (3:00.14)…. Member of distance medley relay that finished the season ranked eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list (12:33.74).

2019-20 (Sophomore) – Named an All-American in the mile by the USTFCCCA after qualifying for the NCAA Indoor Championships before the event was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Finished third in the mile (5:05.55) and 10th (3:07.40) in the 1,000-meter run at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Her mile time of 5:05.55 ranked eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time indoor top-10 list in the event.

AT BLAINE HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of cross country and track & field teams... All-conference in cross country... Earned all-conference honors in the 1,600 meters as a junior and was honorable mention all-conference in the 3,200 meters... Honorable mention all-conference in the 3,200 meters as a senior... Cross country team MVP in 2017... Four-year academic letterwinner... Graduated with highest honors... Three-year member of National Honor Society.
