2024-25 (Junior) – College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... INDOOR: Finished ninth in the one-mile run (5:20.02) and 16th in the 1,000-meter run (3:08.61) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (4th, 11:20.68)… Ended season ranked sixth on program’s all-time performers’ list in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:20.68).

2023-24 (Sophomore) – College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Academic All-MIAC… Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List…INDOOR: All-MIAC in the distance medley relay (2nd, 12:33.49) and 1,000-meter run (3rd, 3:04.97)… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the one-mile run (6th, 5:15.43)… Finished the season eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the distance medley relay (12:33.49)… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (4th, 11:27.43).
