AT ST. OLAF
2017-18 (Senior) – Ran a personal best of 1:38.07 to place 5th in the 600m at the MIAC Indoor Championships… All Conference Honors at the MIAC Indoor Championships in the 800m (2:17.72; 3rd) and the 4x400m relay (4:02.3; 1st)… All American Honors for 6th place finish in the Distance Medley Relay at the NCAA DIII Indoor Championships… All Conference Honors at the MIAC Outdoor Championships for a 2nd place finish in the steeple chase (11:04.28)… Ran personal best of 10:54.36 to place 1st in the steeplechase at the UW La Crosse Final Qualifier. St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performances in the 600m (6th), 800m (6th), and 4x400m (2nd). Member of school record-breaking distance medley relay. Broke school record in the steeplechase.
2016-17 (Junior)- St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performances in the 600m (9th) , the 800m (10th), the 4x400m relay (7th), and the distance medley relay (2nd). St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performances in the steeplechase (3rd), 4x800m (4th), and the 4x400m (4th).
2015-16 (Sophomore)- All-MIAC honors for the 4x400 meter relay...Had a 17th overall finish in the Ted Nelson Classic 800 Meter race...Contributed to a first place win in the 4x400 meter relay race with a time of 4:01.15 at the MIACs...Had an 11th place finish in the 800 meter at the meet of the UnSaintly...Finished the 800 meter at the Tommie Twilight in 12th place. Member of school record-breaking 4x400m indoor relay team. St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performance in the 4x800m (8th).
2014-15 (First Year)- Member of the fourth place 4x800 team at outdoor conference, earning All-Conference Honorable Mention honors. Competed at indoor conference in the mile. Placed second in the 800 at Hamline Twilight. Competed in middle distance events.
AT EASTVIEW HIGH SCHOOL
Academic All-State. Captained as a senior. Six time letterwinner. AP Scholar with Distinction. Graduated with Highest Honors.
