2019-20 (Senior) – Named an All-American in the 400 meters by the USTFCCCA after qualifying for the NCAA Indoor Championships before the event was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic… Broke her own school record in the 400 meters (57.91) at the Minnesota Open on Jan. 11… USTFCCCA All-Central Region in the 400 meters… USTFCCCA All-Academic… MIAC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week (Jan. 14)… MIAC champion in the 600-meter run (1:34.82) and runner-up (58.05) in the 400-meter dash at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Her time of 1:34.82 in the 600 meters ranked second on St. Olaf’s all-time indoor top-10 list in the event… Ran the anchor leg of the second-place 4x400-meter relay (4:03.76), which ranked 10th on St. Olaf’s all-time indoor top-10 list in the event, and the first leg of the sixth-place 4x200-meter relay (1:48.70) at the MIAC Indoor Championships, which ranked 10th on St. Olaf’s all-time indoor top-10 list in the event.

2018-19 (Junior) - USTFCCCA All-Central Region in the 400-meter run.

2017-18 (Sophomore) – All Conference Honors in the 4x400m relay at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Ran personal bests of 26.57 in the 200m and 58.48 in the 400m at the Tommie Twilight Meet… Finished fifth at the MIAC Outdoor Championships in the 400m with a time of 58.63. St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performances in the 400m (10^th), 4x100m (4^th), and 4x400m (3^rd).

2016-2017 (Fist Year) - St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performances in the 4x200m (4^th) and the 4x400m (7^th). St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performances in the 4x100m (3^rd) and the 4x400m (4^th).
