2017-18 (Senior) – Ran a personal best of 5:11.27 in the mile at the Kelly Family Meet of Hearts… All Conference Honors at the MIAC Indoor Championships in the 800m (2:16.90; 2nd), the 1,000m (2:58.72; 1st), and the 4x400m relay (1st)… All American Honors for 6th place finish in the Distance Medley Relay at the NCAA DIII Indoor Championships… All Conference honors at the MIAC Outdoor Championships in the 800m with a personal best time of 2:16.02 (3rd) and the 1,500m (4:37.49; 2nd)… Ran a personal best of 4:33.12 in the 1,500m at the UW La Crosse Last Chance Qualifier… Placed 13th at the NCAA DIII Outdoor Championships in the 1,500m. St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performances in the 800m (3rd), 1,000m (4th), mile (10th), and 4x400m relay (2nd). Member of school record-breaking distance medley relay. St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performances in the 1500m (6th) and 4x400m (3rd).
2016-17 (Junior)- St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performances in the 4x400m relay (7th) and distance medley relay (2nd). St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performance in the 4x400m (4th).
2015-16 (Sophomore)- Did not appear in competition.
2014-15 (First Year)- Placed sixth at indoor conference in the 800m, earning All-Conference Honorable Mention. Member of the 4x400 team at indoor conference, that placed third. Individual champion in the 1000m at Carleton Meet of Hearts with a time of 3:10. Ranked 9th in the conference in the 1000m. Placed 10th in the 600m at indoor conference. Member of the champion 4x200 team at St. Thomas Invitational. Consistently a top middle-distance finisher for the Oles. St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performances in the 4x400m relay (2nd).
