2023-24 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List.
2021-22 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… INDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the mile (4th, 5:12.14) and the 1,000-meter run (6th, 3:04.26)… OUTDOOR: All-MIAC in the 1,500-meter run (3rd, 4:44.78)… Ran on St. Olaf’s Honorable Mention All-MIAC 4x800-meter relay (2nd, 9:21.77)… Member of 4x800-meter relay that ended the season ranked eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list (9:21.77).
AT BOISE HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country and track & field, earning three letters in each sport… Member of Idaho 5A state championship team in cross country as a senior… Cross country captain senior year.
