2024-25 (Junior) – USTFCCCA All-Academic... INDOOR: All-MIAC in the 5,000-meter run (3rd, 18:02.85)… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter run (6th, 10:18.45)… OUTDOOR: All-MIAC in the 5,000-meter run (3rd, 17:33.13)… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 1,500-meter run (4th, 4:47.47)… Ended season ranked fifth on program’s all-time performers’ list in the 5,000-meter run (17:05.92).

2023-24 (Sophomore) – College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Academic All-MIAC…INDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter run (5th, 10:06.84) and 5,000-meter run (5th, 17:30.91)… MIAC Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week (Jan. 16)… Finished the season fifth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 5,000-meter run (17:24.46) and sixth in the 3,000-meter run (10:06.84)… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 5,000-meter run (5th, 17:36.69) and 10,000-meter run (5th, 36:56.96)… Finished the season fourth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 10,000-meter run (36:36.96) and fifth in the 5,000-meter run (17:12.06).

AT SOUTH SIDE HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country and track and field and was on the swimming and diving team for one year… Four-time all-conference honoree in cross country… Sectional champion and regional runner-up in cross country… Two-time state qualifier in cross country… Conference and sectional champion, regional runner-up, all-state (indoor), and state qualifier (outdoor) in the 3,200-meter run… Holds school record in both the indoor and outdoor 3,200-meter runs… Graduated with Highest Honors… Senior Class President.

PERSONAL
Parents Chris and Julie… Has one sibling, Evan, who runs at Valparaiso University… Majoring in biology with concentrations in public health and biomolecular science.
