2019-20 (Senior) – St. Olaf Fall 2019 Dean’s List… St. Olaf Spring 2020 Dean’s List… Spring Academic All-MIAC… Placed eighth (5:16.85) in the mile and 11th (3:07.59) in the 1,000-meter run at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Ran the first leg (1,200m) the eighth-place DMR (13:07.20) at the MIAC Indoor Championships.
2017-18 (Sophomore) – Ran a personal best of 3:07.09 in the 1000m to place 6th at the St. Olaf Quad… 3rd place finish in the Distance Medley Relay at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Finished 6th in the 1500m at the Janis Rider Invitational with a personal best time of 4:56.70… Ran a personal best of 11:21.19 in the steeplechase at the MIAC Outdoor Championships to finish 4th. St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Outdoor Performance in the steeplechase (4th).
