2019-20 (Senior) – Named an All-American in the pentathlon by the USTFCCCA after qualifying for the NCAA Indoor Championships before the event was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic… USTFCCCA All-Central Region in the pentathlon and high jump… St. Olaf Spring Dean’s List… Named MIAC Outstanding Field Athlete at the MIAC Indoor Championships… MIAC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week (Feb. 4)… MIAC champion (3,316) in the pentathlon at the MIAC Indoor Championships after winning the 60-meter hurdles (9.46), high jump (1.58m), and the 800 meters (2:29.09) and placing second in the shot put (9.77m) and long jump (5.04m)… Finished fourth (1.53m, 5’ ¼”) in the high jump, 10th (9.62) in the prelims of the 60-meter hurdles, and 14th (10.34m, 33’ 11 ¼”) in the triple jump at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Her mark of 10.49 meters (34’ 5”) in the triple jump at The Showcase on Feb. 14 ranked eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time indoor top-10 list in the event.

2018-19 (Junior) - U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Central Region in the pentathlon... Two-time MIAC Women's Field Athlete of the Week (Jan. 29 - Indoor, Apr. 2 - Outdoor).

2017-18 (Sophomore) – Ran a season best of 9.41 in the 60m hurdles at the St. Olaf Quad to finish first… Ran a personal best of 1:06.81 in the 400m hurdles at the Phil Esten Challenge at UW-La Crosse… Placed third in both the pentathlon at the MIAC Indoor Championships and the heptathlon at the MIAC Outdoor Championships. St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performance in the pentathlon (7^th). St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performance in the javelin (7^th).

2016-17 (First Year)- St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performances in the 55m hurdles (4^th), the 60m hurdles (4^th), long jump (5^th), the pentathlon (7^th), and the 4x200m (4^th). St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performance in the 100m hurdles (6^th), long jump (9^th), heptathlon (5^th), and 4x100m relay (3^rd).
