AT ST. OLAF
2016 (Senior)-Earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region Team recognition for the Pentathlon along with All-MIAC honors by scoring 3,194 points...All MIAC honors for the 4x400 meter relay...Had a fourth place finish in the high jump and a fifth place finish in the long jump at the indoor MIACs, contributed to the first place 4x400 meter realy win...Finished in third place for the MIAC heptathlon championship...Had a fourth place finish in the 400 hurdles at the MIAC Championship...Finished second in the 400 meter hurdles with a 1:04.84 in La Crosse, Wic...Had a fourth place finish in the 100 meter hurdles at the Janis Rider Invitational.
2015 (Junior)- Earned All-Conference honors in both indoor and outdoor track.Member of MIAC champion 4x200 relay team for indoor track. Member of MIAC champion 4x400 team for outdoor track. Finished 9th in the 400 at indoor conference. Finished 10th in the 600 at indoor conference. Member of third place 4x400 team at indoor conference. Member of second place 4x100 team at outdoor conference.  Finished 9th in the 100 at outdoor conference. Finished 9th in the 400m hurdles at outdoor conference. Member of first place 4x200 team at St. Thomas Invite during indoor track. Individual champion in the 400 at Carleton's Meet of Hearts. Member of first place relay teams in the 4x100 and 4x400 at the Manitou Classic. Consistently a top sprinter for the Oles.
