2013 (Junior) - Letterwinner... Placed sixth in the 3K at MIAC Indoor Championships earning all-conference honorable mention... Was anchor leg in the DMR that placed third at MIAC Indoor... Was named team's Unsung Hero... Placed 12th in the 3K steeple at the MIAC Outdoor Championships setting a St. Olaf all-time top ten performance.
2012 (Sophomore) - Letterwinner... Finished 12th in the 3K at MIAC Indoor Championships... Placed eighth in the 3000m steeplechase at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
2011 (First Year) - Letterwinner... Qualified for the 800m run at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
AT WHEATON NORTH HIGH SCHOOL
Two-time letter winner... Ran a 5:18 1600m at the Oswego Invite in May 2010... Also ran cross country... All-Conference as a junior... Team MVP as a junior... Two-time letter winner.
