2021-22 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Fall 2021 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2022 St. Olaf Dean's List... INDOOR: Ran on St. Olaf’s Honorable Mention All-MIAC distance medley relay (2nd, 12:33.74)… Member of distance medley relay that finished the season ranked eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list (12:33.74).

2019-20 (First Year) – Spring 2020 Dean’s List… Ran the third leg (800m) of the eighth-place DMR (13:07.20) at the MIAC Indoor Championships.

AT LAKELAND UNION HIGH SCHOOL
Participated in four years of track & field and Nordic skiing, three years of cross country and one year of volleyball... Cross country team qualified for state as a sophomore, junior and senior... Member of first team all-conference 4x400-meter relay and second team 4x800-meter relay as a senior... Finished fifth in state in the 4x800 and 11th in the 4x400 senior year... Ran on first team all-conference 4x400-meter and 4x800-meter relays as a junior... 4x400-meter relay set conference record junior year... Finished third in state in the 4x800 and eighth in the 4x400 as a junior... Member of first team all-conference 4x800-meter relay and qualified for state in the 4x400-meter relay as a sophomore... Second team all-conference in the 4x800-meter relay as a freshman... National Honor Society member... Earned Academic Achievement Award all four years.
