2024-25 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... INDOOR: All-MIAC in the one-mile run (3rd, 5:10.54)… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter run (5th, 10:13.50)… OUTDOOR: Finished 11th in the 5,000-meter run (18:53.53) and 15th in the 800-meter run (2:29.46 at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.

2021-22 (First Year) – USTFCCCA All-Academic… Fall 2021 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2022 St. Olaf Dean's List... INDOOR: USTFCCCA All-North Region in the 5,000-meter run… All-MIAC in the 5,000-meter run (2nd, 17:40.29) and Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter run (6th, 10:19.73)… Finished the season ranked fourth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 5,000-meter run (17:40.29) and 10th in the 3,000-meter run (10:19.73)… OUTDOOR: All-MIAC in the 5,000-meter run (3rd, 18:07.68) and the 10,000-meter run (3rd, 37:17.84)… Finished the season ranked third on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 5,000-meter run (17:16.10), fourth in the 10,000-meter run (37:09.32), and seventh in the 3,000-meter run (10:14.73).
