AT ST. OLAF
2023-24 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List… INDOOR: All-MIAC in the distance medley relay (2nd, 12:33.49)… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 1,000-meter run (4th, 3:05.08) and one-mile run (5th, 5:11.48)… Finished the season eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the distance medley relay (12:33.49)… OUTDOOR: MIAC champion and All-MIAC in the 4x800-meter relay (9:30.93).

2021-22 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2021 St. Olaf Dean’s List… INDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter run (4th, 10:18.17)… Finished the season ranked eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 3,000-meter run (10:18.17)… OUTDOOR: Ran on St. Olaf’s Honorable Mention All-MIAC 4x800-meter relay (2nd, 9:21.77)… Member of 4x800-meter relay that ended the season ranked eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list (9:21.77).

AT BLUE VALLEY WEST HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country and track & field... Qualified for state individually all four years in cross country, finishing 10th as a freshman and third as a sophomore... Cross country team was regional champion and placed second at state as a junior... Cross country team was regional runner-up and finished fifth at state as a senior... State qualifier and placer in track & field... National Honor Society member.

PERSONAL
Parents Adam and Megan... Has three siblings - Lucy, Emme and Bella, who is her teammate on the St. Olaf women's cross country and track & field teams... Majoring in studio art.
