Jack Hobday '26 is in his first season as an assistant coach for the St. Olaf men's soccer program in 2026-27 and works primarily with the goalkeepers.
Hobday joined the coaching staff at his alma mater after starting 23 of his 26 appearances for the Oles from 2022-25. In addition to being part of the 2023 NCAA Division III national championship team, Hobday was St. Olaf's starting goalkeeper in 2025, going 14-3-1 with a 0.89 goals-against average and .807 save percentage with seven shutouts in 19 starts. He finished his career fifth in program history in goals-against average (0.96) and eight in wins (16).
Hobday graduated from St. Olaf in 2026 with degrees in computer science and quantitative economics.
