Jordyn McCormack is in her first season as an assistant coach for the St. Olaf softball program in 2026-27.
A 2024 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, McCormack was a three-time First Team All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) honoree, the 2022 WIAC Position Player of the Year, a 2022 National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Third Team All-American, and a 2022Â NFCA First Team All-Region VIII honoree during her career.Â
During her career, McCormack started 135 of the 137 games she played in while hitting .402 with 181 hits, 53 doubles, five triples, 22 home runs, 108 runs scored, and 113 RBI. She helped the Eagles to a total of 93 victories, four WIAC Tournament appearances, and an NCAA Tournament berth in 2023.
McCormack graduated from UW-La Crosse in 2024 as a psychology major with a minor in coaching competitive athletics. She was a 2023 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Third Team Academic All-American, a two-time CSC Academic All-District honoree, a three-time NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete, and the 2024 WIAC Judy Kruckman Scholar-Athlete Award recipient. McCormack went on to earn her M.A. in clinical mental health counseling from Northern Arizona University in May 2026.
