Sydney Monge '24 is in her second season as an assistant coach for the St. Olaf women's golf program in 2026-27.

Monge played four years of golf for St. Olaf from 2020-21 through 2023-24, earning Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) postseason honors in three of her four seasons. After being an Honorable Mention All-MIAC honoree in each of her first two seasons, she landed All-MIAC honors as a junior after recording a career-best scoring average of 79.0 and placing 10th at the MIAC Championships. 

Monge was also a four-time Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar, a two-time Academic All-MIAC honoree, and a two-time College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection. She graduated from St. Olaf in 2024 with majors in biology and environmental studies.
