St. Olaf Sports Medicine utilizes SportsWare OnLine (SWOL) for medical clearance information. All medical paperwork necessary is attached in this software. These instructional PDF’s will walk you through the medical requirements for Incoming and Returning Student-Athletes as well as instructions on how to create a profile or enter into your past profile for SWOL.
Returning Student-Athlete Forms
