Laura Schmitt, Sophie Stangl and Mary Franz each scored eight kills for the Blazers, and Taya Kockelman totaled 35 assists on the night. Â The Oles'
Lexie Read amassed seven kills, and
Abby Slack led the team in digs with 10. Â Saint Ben's had 12 aces to the Oles' two.
The home match was the Oles' Dig Pink match to raise awareness and support for breast cancer.
The Oles will play again on Saturday afternoon in Skoglund Center against the visiting Cobbers from Concordia College.
