MANKATO, Minn. - Afton Wolter had 16 points as St. Olaf defeated host Bethany Lutheran College 62-41 in a non-conference women's basketball game on Saturday at SFC North Gymnasium. 

Lauren Gutierrez added eight points and Woo Bandel four assists as the Oles (1-0, 0-0 MIAC) raced to leads of 13-0 and 28-3 in the first half. Lacey Ellinghuysen had 12 points to pace the Vikings (0-1, 0-0 UMAC).

St. Olaf made 10 three-pointers while BLC was 2-of-14. 11 of the Oles' 13 players that appeared in the game scored. 

The Oles will host Luther College on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
