NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The College of Saint Benedict scored four third period goals on the way to a 6-3 MIAC women's hockey win over St. Olaf on Saturday afternoon at Northfield Ice Arena.
Goals for the Oles came from
Devyn Hotho and
Megan Skelly, with assists from
Annie Pumper,
Hannah Forliti, and
Karma Knutson. Hotho scored two goals for the second match in a row, the first coming 14 minutes into the second period and the second eight minutes into the third.
St. Olaf goalkeeper
Hailey Sampson made 24 saves in the game, 11 of which came from the first period of play.
The St. Olaf women (0-4-0, 0-2-0 MIAC) play the University of St. Thomas in a home contest on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
