Rath put St. Olaf on the board 12 minutes into the first period, a lead that St. Olaf built on with third period goals fromÂ
Matt Guerts and Peter Lindblad. Rath scored his second goal of the game with seconds left to play, giving the match a final score of 4-1.
St. Olaf out-shot BU 30-23, forcing Bethel goaltender Matt Rowe into making 26 saves.
Steve Papciak made 22 saves for St. Olaf, but was beaten late in the third period when Jackson Purvis scored the lone goal for Bethel.Â
The St. Olaf men will look to maintain their winning streak next weekend when they play Saint Mary's University.Â
