BoxNORTHFIELD, Minn.- An overtime goal from
Kevin Skrip gave St. Olaf the win on Sunday afternoon as they faced off against Wartburg College at Rolf Mellby Field.
Skrip's goal came just before the end of the first period of extra time, following 90 scoreless minutes during the first two halves.
Wartburg matched St. Olaf with four shots on target, but were unable to score on Ole goalkeeper
Randall Rude as he made four saves--keeping a clean sheet.
The St. Olaf men will face off against cross-town rivals Carleton College next Saturday, October 24th at Rolf Mellby Field.
