ST. PAUL, Minn.- The St. Olaf volleyball team was unable to keep momentum after coming back from a 2-0 set deficit as they lost to the University of St. Thomas in five sets on Wednesday night in St. Paul.
Abby Carpenter lead the Oles with 18 points and 16 digs.Â
St. Thomas took a 2-0 lead after winning the first two sets by scores of 25-18 and 25-17. St. Olaf rallied with strong third (25-20) and fourth (26-24) sets, but St. Thomas won the decisive fifth set 15-10.
The Oles will return to St. Paul on Saturday to face Hamline University.
