NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Augsburg jumped ahead to a 3-0 lead after the 27th minute, and held on to defeat St. Olaf by a score of 4-1 on Wednesday afternoon at Rolf Mellby Field.

Madison Van Wylen answered with an unassisted goal in the 32nd minute bringing her season total to seven. Â Fitzgerald struck again for the Auggies in the second half with a goal to give Augsburg the victory.
St. Olaf (3-10-4, 2-7-1 MIAC) was outshot by Augsburg (12-5-0, 7-3-0 MIAC) by a toatl of 13-8 but led with six corner kicks compared to the Auggies' four. Â
The Oles will play next on Saturday when they travel to Saint Benedict to compete inÂ
