CSB rallies to beat Oles in three

NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Saint Benedict rallied from a 9-2 deficit in the second set on the way to a sweep (25-22, 28-26, 25-9) of St. Olaf in a MIAC volleyball match on Saturday afternoon at Skoglund Center.
 

St. Olaf's (8-12, 0-5 MIAC) Kathryn Johnson a team high eight kills in the loss. The Oles managed to out block Saint Benedict (11-5, 5-0 MIAC) by a margin of 7-3.

 

The Blazers had 10 acs in the match compared to St. Olaf's 2. Lauren Matthews had 17 kills for Saint Ben's.


St. Olaf will head to Winona, Minn. on Wednesday night to take on Saint Mary's University.
