PhotosNORTHFIELD, Minn. - The St. Olaf volleyball team fell to Carleton College 3-1 (25-20, 25-20, 22-25, 25-18) in the last match of the season on Friday night in Skoglund Center.
Abby Carpenter and
Kathryn Johnson led the Oles in kills with 13 a piece.
Megan Grimes also made it to double digits in kills with 10.Â
Kersten Bork had 45 assists in the win, while
Abby Slack contributed 14 digs and
Sophie Schwartz put down three blocks.
Team stats between the two rivals were close. Carleton finished with a team hitting percentage of .285 and St. Olaf finished with a .207 hitting percentage. Carelton had 55 team kills to St. Olaf's 50.Â
Faith Skinner of Carleton led the match in kills with 16.Â
The Oles finish their season with a record of 9-19 (1-10 MIAC).
