COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. - The Ole men's soccer team prevailed over Saint John's University 1-0 on Wednesday night in a MIAC semifinal match at Haws Field.
Jens Undlin scored the lone goal of the match for St. Olaf in the 83rd minute of the game to secure the win.
Ben Braman had six saves to secure his fourth shutout of the season. This shutout marks Braman's 14th total career shutout and puts him on the top of the total individual career shutout list for St. Olaf.
St. Olaf (12-7-1, 6-3-1 MIAC) had a total of 16 shots (five on goal) while Saint John's (12-4-2, 7-2-1 MIAC) finished the match with 17 shots (six on goal). The Oles had eight total corner kicks to SJU's four.
The Oles will play the winner of Macalester vs. St. Thomas (11/4, 7:30 p.m) on Saturday, location to be determined.
