Claire Walters won three events as the St. Olaf women's swimming and diving team defeated Carleton College 169-124 on Saturday afternoon at Skoglund Center.
Walters opened the afternoon when she was first in the 200 Fly with a time of 2:14.59. Walters later won the 100 Free in 54.65 and finished the day with a victory in the 100 Fly in 1:00.25. Maddie Lee and
Megan Gaylord each picked up two individual wins. Lee won the 200 Free in 1:58.35 and the 500 in 5:18.32 while Gaylord took home first place in the 100 Breast (1:09.14) and 200 Breast (2:36.32).
St. Olaf junior
Marla Thomforde won the 50 Free in 25:29 and was second in the 100 in 55.10.
Alli Maxwell-Bumann won the 1,000 Free in 11:22.73.The Oles'
Courtney Miller won the 3-meter diving event with a score of 271.12.Â
