LAKEVILLE, Minn. - The University of St. Thomas defeated St. Olaf 8-1 in a MIAC women's tennis match on Wednesday afternoon at Lakeville Lifetime Fitness.

Erin Hynes picked up the Oles' only victory of the day, as she defeated Jenna Czarnecki 6-2 and 6-1 at the No. 5 singles spot. 

St. Olaf, which clinched a place in the MIAC playoffs, closes the regular season on Saturday at Bethel University.
