NORTHFIELD, Minn. – Six members of the St. Olaf College men's and women's tennis teams were named to the 2025-26 Academic All-District ® Men's and Women's Tennis Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, as announced on Tuesday.
Junior Cathal Mee, sophomore Madden Vanderwerf, junior Marjan Veldic, and senior Bogdan Vizoli represented the St. Olaf men's team, while seniors
Alexandra Berns and
Emma Clift did so for the Ole women. The Academic All-District ® teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.
In order to earn CSC Academic All-District ® honors, student-athletes must hold a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.50 and must be at least a sophomore athletically and academically. For tennis, nominees must be in the lineup for 75 percent of an institution's days of competitions.
Berns and Vizoli were honored with their third consecutive Academic All-District ® accolades, while Mee and Veldic collected their second. Clift and Vanderwerf were first-time honorees.
