WAVERLY, Iowa - The St. Olaf volleyball team fell to UW-Plateville in the opening match of the day in straight sets in the final day of the Wartburg Invitational.

UW-Platteville 3, St. Olaf 0 (26-24, 25-14, 25-20)
Kathryn Johnson had 10 kills while Kersten Bork had 15 assists and 10 digs for the Oles in the loss. 

St. Olaf charged back from a 16-9 deficit in the first game, tying the set at 24-24 on a Johnson kill. 

UW-Platteville's Lauren Grady had 10 kills, five digs and hit .318.  

Buena Vista 3, St. Olaf 2 (25-19,25-19,24-26,19-25,15-8)
Jade Schapp had 25 kills and Maddie Bardole 13 to lead BVU to the five-set win. Johnson had 11 for the Oles, who rallied to wins in the third and fourth set. Abby Slack had 20 digs and Angela Fusselman and Abby Carpenter had 10 each.
