PhotosNORTHFIELD, Minn. - Niki Fokken had 12 points to lead four Blazers in double figures as the College of Saint Benedict upended St. Olaf 65-54 in a MIAC women's basketball game on Saturday at Skoglund Center.
Kari Keogh had 13 points off the bench to lead St. Olaf.
Fokken was 6-of-8 from the field and added four rebounds. Annie Dittberner added 11 points while Chelsey Guetter and Alison Newton had 10 each for CSB (12-5, 7-3 MIAC).Â
Lauren Gutierrez had nine points and
Woo Bandel six points and four assists for the Oles. Keogh went 3-of-5 from three-point range and 4-of-4 from the free throw line.
St. Olaf trailed by 10 at half before closing to within three late in the third quarter. CSB countered with the first five points of the fourth quarter and held a lead of six or more the rest of the way.Â
